
120 g Minced chicken
1 Bulgarian pepper(depending on the size of the pepper, should be about 200 g)
23 Tomatoes
½ Onion
2 clove of garlic

Peppers cut along and peel;

Mix the minced meat with boiled rice, salt and pepper as necessary;

Stuff peppers with minced meat;

Cook the tomato sauce. Grate the tomatoes, chop the onion and garlic, salt, pepper, simmer lightly in a pan;

Pour peppers with tomato sauce. Bake in the oven for 20 - 25 Minutes
until the chicken is ready;

Finely chop the herbs and serve to the peppers.
