We mix the cottage cheese with cream and with the help of an immersed blender we bring to the consistency of sour cream (if there is no blender, you can first thoroughly mash the curd with a spoon until smooth, then beat with a fork with cream to the desired state);

In a cup or glass on the bottom we spread ⅓ of cottage cheese, spread the pear on top and sprinkle a little with flax seeds and nuts;

⅓ Curd mousse is again laid out on the fruit part, then berries and seeds with nuts are laid out.

Top with the remaining curd mixture and put in the refrigerator for 10 Minutes to insist (not necessary).
* if the curd mass is acidic (it depends on the curd), you can add 1 tsp. honey in a curd mixture before using a blender.
